Plain-Language Summary

NO PURCHASE. NO DEPOSIT. NO WAGER. NO PAY-TO-WIN. ScoreHub is a free-to-play football prediction competition. Users never stake money, tokens, rewards, or anything else of value on a prediction. Wrong predictions affect ScoreHub points only.

  • Points are not tokens. Points determine your position on eligible Points leaderboards. Final position determines whether you receive tokens and how many.
  • Weekly competition. A ScoreHub week runs from Friday at 00:00:00 UTC through Thursday at 23:59:59 UTC.
  • Multiple leaderboards. The same eligible prediction may count toward the Global Points leaderboard and the relevant official league Points leaderboard. Users may earn tokens from all qualifying leaderboards without a weekly maximum.
  • Token schedules. ScoreHub determines the rewarded positions and token amounts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may introduce, modify, increase, reduce, suspend, replace, withhold, revoke, cancel, or discontinue any schedule or award at any time, including during an active ScoreHub week.
  • No cash value. Tokens cannot be bought, sold, transferred, wagered, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency.
  • Country-limited rewards. Users may earn tokens where rewards are unavailable, but redemption requires verified legal residence in an eligible country and the age of majority unless specific terms state otherwise.
  • Limited availability. Rewards may sell out or be limited by country, user, quantity, time, or other conditions. Having enough tokens does not guarantee a particular reward.
  • Season expiration. Unless ScoreHub announces otherwise, a season ends at 00:00 UTC on August 1 and season tokens expire at 00:00 UTC on August 8.
  • One person, one account. Duplicate accounts, bots, automation, fraud, exploitation, coordinated manipulation, and abusive copycat behavior may lead to permanent disqualification and forfeiture.
  • Integrity and corrections. ScoreHub may review, correct, void, suspend, withhold, reverse, or cancel affected points, rankings, tokens, redemptions, or rewards as permitted by these Rules and applicable law.

1. Acceptance, Scope, and Document Priority

These Official Game & Rewards Rules (the “Rules”) govern participation in ScoreHub’s prediction game and rewards program, including predictions, scoring, leaderboards, points, tokens, rewards, redemptions, promotions, and related features. “ScoreHub,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean ScoreHub Digital LLC, together with its affiliates and authorized service providers where applicable.

By creating or using a ScoreHub account, submitting a prediction, participating in a leaderboard, earning or using tokens, or requesting a reward, you agree to these Rules, ScoreHub’s Terms of Use, and ScoreHub’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ScoreHub.

These Rules apply together with any additional terms displayed for a particular promotion, quest, competition, league, private group, reward, or feature. Specific additional terms control only for that activity when they expressly conflict with these Rules.

ScoreHub’s records, system logs, account records, and the information displayed in MatchHub may be used to administer and enforce these Rules.

1.1 Document priority

If two ScoreHub documents conflict:

  1. Specific promotion or competition terms control for that particular activity.
  2. These Rules control predictions, scoring, settlement, leaderboards, tokens, rewards, and game-integrity administration.
  3. The Terms of Use control general Platform use, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, arbitration, and other legal disputes.
  4. The Privacy Policy controls ScoreHub’s handling of personal information.

Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be waived.

1.2 ScoreHub authority and reservation of rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub has sole authority to interpret, administer, operate, modify, enforce, suspend, and terminate the game, these Rules, and all related features. ScoreHub’s decisions concerning predictions, scoring, settlements, points, accuracy, rankings, leaderboards, badges, tokens, rewards, redemptions, eligibility, verification, violations, investigations, and enforcement are final and binding except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing displayed in the Platform creates a vested, guaranteed, irrevocable, or continuing right to a prediction market, scoring method, leaderboard position, point total, token, token balance, reward, redemption, competition, or continued operation of the game or rewards program. All participation, awards, balances, redemptions, and benefits remain subject to these Rules, the Terms of Use, final settlement, verification, availability, fraud review, technical correction, operational requirements, and applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted to Users under these Rules are reserved by ScoreHub. ScoreHub may exercise its rights differently in different cases based on the circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. What ScoreHub Is — Free to Play and No Wagering

ScoreHub is designed and operated as a free-to-play football knowledge and prediction competition. It does not accept bets, wagers, stakes, deposits, or entry fees and does not provide gambling or sportsbook services.

  • No purchase, payment, deposit, subscription, or entry fee is required to make scored predictions, participate in eligible Points leaderboards, earn points, or qualify for tokens.
  • Users do not stake or risk money, tokens, rewards, or anything else of value when submitting predictions.
  • Incorrect predictions may reduce ScoreHub points under the published scoring system, but they do not cause a User to lose money, previously credited tokens, or completed rewards.
  • Tokens cannot be purchased, wagered, staked, or used as an entry fee.
  • Users cannot pay to receive additional scored predictions, improve prediction outcomes, obtain leaderboard points, increase their ranking, multiply token awards, or gain another competitive advantage.
  • ScoreHub does not act as a bookmaker, casino, betting exchange, payment custodian for wagers, or seller of chances to win.
  • Rewards are promotional benefits connected to participation and performance in the free game. They are not gambling winnings, investment returns, wages, or guaranteed compensation.

ScoreHub may introduce paid cosmetic, advertising-free, subscription, or other noncompetitive features only if they do not improve scoring opportunities, leaderboard position, or eligibility for rewarded competition. Where applicable law restricts ScoreHub or its rewards, ScoreHub may limit access, token awards, redemption, or fulfillment.

3. Eligibility, Countries, and Age

3.1 Platform age requirements

The minimum age to create or use a ScoreHub account is governed by the Terms of Use. Users under the age of majority may use the Platform only with any permission or supervision required by applicable law.

3.2 Reward redemption age

Unless ScoreHub expressly provides otherwise in specific competition terms, a User must have reached the age of majority under the laws of the User’s verified country or jurisdiction of legal residence to redeem a reward. ScoreHub may require age, identity, or legal-capacity verification before token crediting or reward redemption.

3.3 Game access and legal restrictions

ScoreHub is generally available as a free game, subject to applicable law, sanctions, export controls, platform restrictions, and ScoreHub’s operational decisions. ScoreHub may restrict access or services in a country, region, or account where providing the service would be unlawful, prohibited, impracticable, or inconsistent with service-provider requirements.

3.4 Reward-eligible countries

The ability to play or accumulate tokens does not guarantee the ability to redeem rewards. Rewards are available only in countries and regions approved by ScoreHub and only for rewards that can be lawfully and operationally fulfilled there. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may add, remove, restrict, or change eligible countries or regions at any time, including during an active season or while a redemption is pending.

Reward eligibility is determined primarily by verified country of legal residence, not citizenship or temporary travel location. ScoreHub may also consider physical location, IP address, device information, sanctions status, delivery limitations, and fraud or compliance indicators.

Users residing in an ineligible country may still earn and accumulate tokens. They cannot redeem those tokens unless their verified country of legal residence becomes eligible and the requested reward is available there. Accumulating tokens does not guarantee that rewards will become available before the tokens expire.

4. Accounts, Security, and Fair Participation

4.1 One account per person

Each person may create, operate, control, and benefit from only one ScoreHub account. A User may not create duplicate accounts, use another person’s account, share an account, regularly submit predictions on another User’s behalf, or allow another person to control the User’s account.

4.2 Account security

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, devices, and account access. Users must promptly notify ScoreHub of suspected unauthorized access, compromise, or misuse. ScoreHub may treat activity performed through an account as authorized by the account holder unless ScoreHub determines otherwise.

4.3 Human participation only

Users must participate through ordinary human interaction. Bots, scripts, automated prediction tools, automated account activity, and systems that automatically submit, edit, delete, or manage predictions are prohibited unless ScoreHub expressly authorizes them in writing.

4.4 Public predictions and copycat behavior

Predictions may be publicly visible before kickoff. Users may view other Users’ predictions and may independently make the same or similar selections. However, ScoreHub may investigate systematic copying, coordinated participation, or repeated replication of another User’s predictions where ScoreHub reasonably believes the behavior is intended to manipulate leaderboard positions, obtain tokens or rewards unfairly, or undermine competition integrity.

4.5 Fair participation and insider access

All Users, including persons associated with ScoreHub, must participate under the same prediction, scoring, ranking, token, and redemption rules. No person may use administrative access, manipulate settlements, alter leaderboard results, improperly change account data, or otherwise interfere with fair operation.

4.6 Bugs, vulnerabilities, and exploitation

Users must not knowingly exploit a bug, vulnerability, delayed prediction lock, incorrect settlement, scoring error, duplicate credit, data issue, or technical malfunction to gain points, ranking, tokens, rewards, or another unfair advantage. Potential issues should be reported to support@scorehubapp.com and must not be shared, repeated, automated, or encouraged for exploitation.

4.7 VPNs and proxies

Ordinary use of a virtual private network or proxy is not automatically prohibited. A VPN or proxy may not be used to conceal reward ineligibility, evade country restrictions, operate multiple accounts, misrepresent legal residence, manipulate competitions, or circumvent verification or enforcement.

5. Making, Editing, and Deleting Predictions

A User may submit one entry per match from a featured ScoreHub league. An entry may contain one selection or a stack of two to five selections from the same fixture. Selections from different matches cannot be combined in one entry.

A User may edit or delete an entry until the prediction screen locks. Most fixtures lock at kickoff, but a fixture may lock up to five minutes earlier or at another time displayed by ScoreHub. After the lock, the entry cannot be submitted, changed, or deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may change, suspend, restrict, replace, or remove market availability, prediction limits, lock times, fixture availability, or entry functionality at any time, with or without advance notice, including to address data, integrity, operational, legal, technical, commercial, or other concerns.

6. Scoring, Stack Bonuses, and Penalties

6.1 Base values

Each prediction market has a fixed base point value displayed by ScoreHub. Team identity and bookmaker odds do not change the displayed base value.

6.2 Singles

A correct single selection earns its base points. A wrong single selection earns no points and deducts 50% of its full potential points, rounded to the nearest whole point, with .5 rounded up.

6.3 Stack bonuses

  • Two correct selections: +25% bonus.
  • Three correct selections: +50% bonus.
  • Four or five correct selections: +100% bonus.

A stack receives its combined base points and applicable bonus only when every selection in the stack is correct. If any selection is wrong, the entire stack earns no points. ScoreHub deducts 50% of the stack’s full potential points, including its applicable bonus, rounded to the nearest whole point, with .5 rounded up. Correct selections in a failed stack do not retain their base points.

6.4 Zero floor

A User’s running ScoreHub point total is floored at zero. Penalties do not create negative point debt.

7. Markets, Extra Time, Shootouts, and Match Status

7.1 Available markets

Markets may include Match Result (1X2), Double Chance, Half-Time / Full-Time, Win Margin, Win by 3+, Comeback Win, Both Teams to Score, goal totals, total-goals ranges, goals by half, team goals, Team to Score 2+ or 3+, teams scoring in both halves, clean sheets, First Goal Team, Fast Goal, Late Goal, Penalty Awarded, cards, corners, fouls, total shots, shots by half, ball possession, and other markets introduced by ScoreHub. Correct Score is no longer offered. Availability may vary by fixture and may be changed or removed.

Own goals count for the team credited on the official scoreline. Two yellow cards count as two yellow cards, and the resulting dismissal also counts as a red card. A straight red card does not count as a yellow card.

7.2 How specific markets settle

Several markets settle on specific events or match statistics. The following explain how ScoreHub settles them:

  • Comeback Win: Settles for the selected team when that team falls behind at some point during the match and still wins. A team that wins without ever trailing does not qualify.
  • Win by 3+: Settles for the selected team when that team wins by a margin of three goals or more.
  • Late Goal: “Yes” settles when at least one goal is scored in the 80th minute or later, including second-half stoppage time; otherwise “No” settles.
  • Penalty Awarded: “Yes” settles when at least one penalty kick is awarded during the match; otherwise “No” settles. Penalty shootout kicks do not count.
  • Ball Possession: Settles for the selected team when that team’s share of possession for the match is greater than 65%.
  • Total Shots: Settles on the combined number of shots taken by both teams. Which half has more shots compares the shots taken in the first half with those taken in the second half, and settles “Same” when the two halves are equal.
  • Total Goals Range: Settles for the range (0–1, 2–3, 4–5, or 6+) that contains the total number of goals scored by both teams.

7.3 Extra time and penalty shootouts

Extra time counts when it is played. ScoreHub uses results and relevant statistics through the end of extra time for settlement. Total-shots markets therefore include shots taken in extra time. First-half and second-half shot markets, such as which half has more shots, cover only their own regulation half and do not include extra time. Penalty shootout kicks do not count as goals, cards, corners, fouls, penalties awarded, or Match Result outcomes.

7.4 Cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, and abandoned matches

  • Cancelled match: The prediction is void and does not affect points, accuracy, leaderboards, or token awards.
  • Postponed or rescheduled match: The original prediction is void. A new entry must be submitted for the new fixture before it locks.
  • Abandoned after kickoff: Every prediction is void, regardless of the score or statistics at abandonment.
  • Replay or replacement fixture: The replay or replacement is treated as a new prediction opportunity.

8. Data Sources, MatchHub, Errors, and Settlement

8.1 Third-party data

ScoreHub relies on third-party data providers and official football sources. Data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect. ScoreHub does not guarantee that third-party data will always be accurate or available.

8.2 Unavailable or unreliable settlement data

ScoreHub may void, remove, or exclude a match or prediction market from scoring when sufficiently reliable settlement data is unavailable or unsuitable. ScoreHub may do so after predictions have been submitted or after a match has begun or ended. A void prediction does not affect points, accuracy, leaderboard positions, or token awards.

8.3 Conflicting data and MatchHub authority

When sources conflict, ScoreHub will review the available information and determine the result or statistic used. The result and statistics displayed in MatchHub following ScoreHub’s review serve as the settlement source for predictions, points, accuracy, rankings, badges, and token awards.

8.4 Corrections and recalculations

If official or sufficiently reliable data is later corrected, ScoreHub may recalculate predictions, points, accuracy, rankings, badges, token awards, and pending redemptions. ScoreHub’s settlement decision is final under these Rules, subject to the review process in Section 14 and any correction ScoreHub considers necessary.

9. Leaderboards, Periods, Ties, Badges, and Group Wars

9.1 Points and Accuracy leaderboards

The Points leaderboard ranks Users by total points. The Accuracy leaderboard counts individual selections, including selections inside stacks, without a weighted average. For example, a three-selection stack with two correct selections contributes two correct selections from three to public accuracy.

9.2 Competition periods

  • Weekly: Friday at 00:00:00 UTC through Thursday at 23:59:59 UTC.
  • Monthly: The applicable calendar month.
  • Seasonal: Unless ScoreHub announces otherwise, August 1 through the following August 1.

Typical accuracy qualification thresholds are three weekly selections, ten monthly selections, and thirty seasonal selections. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may introduce, change, waive, suspend, or remove any qualification threshold at any time, including during an active competition period.

9.3 Ties

If two or more Users finish a leaderboard with the same number of points or the same qualifying accuracy result, the User whose ScoreHub account was created earlier receives the higher position. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may introduce, change, replace, or apply other tie-breaking criteria at any time by updating these Rules or displaying the applicable criteria in the Platform.

9.4 Badges

Official badges come only from ScoreHub Points leaderboards unless ScoreHub expressly states otherwise. The top three Global Users and the top three Users in each official league Points leaderboard may earn weekly, monthly, and seasonal badges. Active prediction-type competitions may also award badges. Private Group Wars, Accuracy boards, and team-only views do not award official badges unless ScoreHub announces otherwise. A User may earn multiple badges in the same period, and previous achievements may remain visible on the User’s profile.

9.5 Public profiles and predictions

Predictions are public and may include full selections before kickoff. The Activity Feed uses ScoreHub’s algorithm and does not display every entry. Prediction history may be available through public profiles and match pages. Users may update profile details such as username, image, nationality, and favorite team, subject to ScoreHub’s policies.

9.6 Private Groups and Group Wars

A Group War is an approval-only private prediction competition. The administrator may choose eligible leagues, a target-points or time-based format, up to three winners, and group identity. Competition rules are locked after creation, although profile and invitation details may remain editable.

A User may find or join a group through search, tags, QR codes, invite links, or email invitations, subject to administrator approval. A prediction counts when the User is approved before the applicable eligible match kicks off, even if the prediction was submitted earlier. Leaving or removal voids that member’s Group War points and results. Group Wars do not award ScoreHub tokens unless ScoreHub expressly announces otherwise.

10. Weekly Tokens and Eligible Leaderboards

10.1 Points are not tokens

ScoreHub points determine leaderboard position. Points do not convert directly into tokens. A User’s final position on an eligible Points leaderboard determines the applicable token award.

10.2 Eligible leaderboards

Tokens are awarded only through official Points leaderboards, including the weekly Global Points leaderboard and eligible official individual league Points leaderboards. Accuracy leaderboards, private Group Wars, team-only views, and other rankings do not award tokens unless ScoreHub expressly announces otherwise.

10.3 Global and league scoring

The same eligible prediction may contribute to both the Global Points leaderboard and the relevant official individual league Points leaderboard. A User may earn tokens from the Global leaderboard and every qualifying official individual league leaderboard in which the User finishes in a rewarded position. There is no maximum number of leaderboard token awards a User may receive in the same week.

10.4 No general prediction minimum

There is no general minimum number of predictions required to qualify for a Points leaderboard token award unless ScoreHub expressly publishes or applies a specific requirement for a promotion, competition, league, leaderboard, or award.

10.5 Weekly token schedules and ScoreHub discretion

ScoreHub determines the positions that receive tokens and the number of tokens assigned to each position. The rewarded range and token amounts may differ between the Global leaderboard and individual league leaderboards, between leagues or regions where permitted, and from week to week.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may introduce, modify, increase, reduce, suspend, replace, withhold, revoke, cancel, or discontinue a token schedule, rewarded position, token amount, leaderboard award, promotion, or related benefit at any time, including during an active ScoreHub week or after a potential award has been displayed. Any displayed potential award remains subject to these Rules, final settlement, verification, minimum participation requirements, availability, fraud review, technical or data correction, operational requirements, and ScoreHub’s right to modify or discontinue the program. No displayed schedule, estimated award, leaderboard position, Pending status, or other Platform information guarantees that tokens will be credited or retained.

10.6 Minimum league participation

ScoreHub may require an official individual league to have at least 50 eligible participants during the applicable ScoreHub week before that league awards tokens. A User counts toward the threshold only if the User has at least one settled prediction involving that league during the week and is not removed as a duplicate, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, or otherwise disqualified account.

If fewer than 50 eligible participants remain after verification, ScoreHub may reduce, withhold, or cancel that league’s token awards. This does not affect tokens the User may separately earn from the Global Points leaderboard or another qualifying league.

10.7 Pending and credited weekly tokens

After a ScoreHub week ends, a potential token award may appear as Pending on the Rewards page. Pending tokens are not part of the available balance, cannot be redeemed, and do not create a guaranteed entitlement. ScoreHub may review, adjust, delay, withhold, revoke, or cancel Pending or credited tokens. Weekly tokens will normally be processed within 48 hours after the week ends, but ScoreHub does not guarantee an exact processing or crediting time. Processing may be delayed for technical difficulties, official-data corrections, verification, fraud review, service-provider delays, operational circumstances, legal or compliance requirements, or any other reason ScoreHub considers relevant. Credited tokens remain subject to correction, removal, expiration, enforcement, account termination, and these Rules.

11. Token Nature, Expiration, and Promotional Tokens

11.1 No cash value

ScoreHub tokens are promotional reward units only. They are not money, legal tender, cryptocurrency, stored value, a security, property held in trust, or another financial instrument. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, monetary account credit, or a cash equivalent. A token price assigned to a reward does not establish a fixed exchange rate or monetary value.

11.2 Nontransferable and not purchasable

Tokens are personal to the account that earned them. They cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, traded, exchanged, transferred, combined between accounts, pledged, inherited, or used outside ScoreHub. Attempts to sell, transfer, or exchange tokens may result in cancellation, token removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

11.3 Season expiration

Unless ScoreHub announces otherwise, each ScoreHub season ends at 00:00:00 UTC on August 1. Tokens from the completed season expire at 00:00:00 UTC on August 8. Expired tokens are removed and cannot be restored, transferred, redeemed, or carried into the next season.

A redemption properly submitted before expiration may continue to be processed afterward, provided the User meets all verification and fulfillment deadlines. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may change a season date, token-expiration date, carryover policy, or the treatment of existing token balances at any time by notice through the Platform or another reasonable method. ScoreHub does not guarantee a minimum redemption period before tokens expire.

11.4 Bonus and promotional tokens

ScoreHub may award free bonus tokens through quests, referrals, sponsorship campaigns, promotions, special events, achievements, or other activities. ScoreHub determines eligibility, amounts, requirements, limits, deadlines, verification, and availability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, such opportunities and any related tokens may be introduced, modified, suspended, withheld, revoked, cancelled, or discontinued at any time, including after being announced or begun. Unless specific promotion terms state otherwise, promotional tokens are subject to the same restrictions and seasonal expiration as other tokens.

12. Reward Eligibility, Availability, and Redemption

12.1 Residence, age, and eligibility

To redeem a reward, a User must be a verified legal resident of an eligible country, have reached the applicable age of majority unless specific terms expressly provide otherwise, comply with these Rules and the Terms of Use, and satisfy the reward’s specific availability and fulfillment requirements. Temporary presence in an eligible country does not by itself establish eligibility.

12.2 Required information

Users are responsible for providing complete, current, and accurate information reasonably required to verify eligibility and fulfill a reward. This may include full name, date of birth, country of legal residence, address, email, telephone number, identity documentation, tax information, or other relevant information.

12.3 Third-party verification

ScoreHub may use trusted third-party service providers to verify identity, age, residence, sanctions status, eligibility, fraud risk, address, or delivery information and to fulfill rewards. Personal information is handled under ScoreHub’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12.4 Verification deadline

A User must provide requested information within seven calendar days after ScoreHub sends the request, unless ScoreHub specifies a different deadline. ScoreHub may delay, reject, cancel, reopen, or extend a redemption or verification process if information is missing, inaccurate, inconsistent, misleading, late, unverifiable, or otherwise unsatisfactory, in ScoreHub’s sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12.5 Availability and limits

All rewards are subject to availability. Quantities may be limited, and rewards may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Earning or holding tokens does not reserve or guarantee a particular reward.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may establish, introduce, modify, remove, or apply limits concerning the total number of redemptions, the number of Users who may redeem, redemptions per User, eligible countries, redemption periods, quantities available during any period, identity or residence requirements, delivery conditions, or any other availability, budget, compliance, fraud-prevention, supplier, fulfillment, or operational condition. ScoreHub may take these actions at any time, including while a redemption is Pending or before it is marked Completed.

12.6 Catalogue and token requirements

Each catalogue reward may have its own token price, eligibility requirements, country restrictions, quantity restrictions, redemption period, verification conditions, and delivery conditions. A User may submit a redemption only when the User has enough available tokens and meets the displayed requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, catalogue listings, reward descriptions, token prices, requirements, quantities, and availability may be changed, suspended, replaced, or removed at any time before a redemption is marked Completed. The presence of a reward in the catalogue does not guarantee current or continued availability.

12.7 Immediate deduction and Pending status

When a User submits a redemption request, the required tokens may be deducted immediately from the available balance. A redemption may remain marked Pending while ScoreHub reviews the request, verifies eligibility, confirms availability, conducts fraud or compliance review, and arranges fulfillment or delivery. Pending status does not constitute final approval, acceptance, ownership of a reward, guaranteed delivery, or a binding promise that the redemption will be fulfilled.

12.8 Holds, cancellations, and reversals

Until a redemption is marked Completed, ScoreHub may review, delay, hold, reject, cancel, substitute, or reverse it for any reason permitted by these Rules or applicable law, including availability, eligibility, failed or incomplete verification, suspected fraud or abuse, false or inconsistent information, legal or compliance requirements, supplier issues, technical problems, pricing or catalogue errors, delivery restrictions, program modification or termination, or other operational circumstances.

If ScoreHub cancels a pending redemption, ScoreHub may return the deducted tokens, provide substitute tokens, provide another accommodation, or take another action it considers appropriate. ScoreHub is not required to return tokens where cancellation results from fraud, abuse, ineligibility, false information, account sharing, multiple accounts, manipulation, a violation of these Rules or the Terms of Use, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

12.9 User cancellation and substitution

Users may not cancel, exchange, transfer, or modify a redemption after submission unless ScoreHub permits it or applicable law requires otherwise. Users may not demand cash, a cash equivalent, a substitute reward, a return of tokens, or a different delivery method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may substitute a selected reward with a reasonably comparable reward, a different available reward, tokens, another promotional benefit, or no replacement. ScoreHub determines whether a substitute or other accommodation is appropriate. Any replacement remains subject to eligibility, availability, delivery restrictions, these Rules, and the Terms of Use.

12.10 Estimated fulfillment and completion

Displayed processing, fulfillment, or delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed deadlines. ScoreHub does not guarantee a processing date, shipping date, delivery date, particular carrier, particular supplier, or continuous availability of a reward. Delays may result from verification, availability, suppliers, fulfillment providers, carriers, customs, technical issues, incorrect User information, program changes, or circumstances outside ScoreHub’s control.

A digital redemption may be marked Completed when the code, link, credit, or digital item is sent, displayed, delivered, or otherwise made available. A physical redemption may be marked Completed when the item is transferred to a supplier, carrier, or fulfillment provider, regardless of whether the User has received it.

13. Physical and Digital Rewards

13.1 Taxes, shipping, customs, and charges

Users are responsible for determining and paying taxes arising from receiving or redeeming a reward. Physical rewards may be subject to shipping, delivery, handling, or fulfillment charges. Charges payable through ScoreHub will be shown before confirmation where practicable.

For physical rewards, the User is also responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local handling charges, carrier charges, and similar costs imposed by the destination country or delivery provider. ScoreHub is not responsible for delays, refusal of delivery, or additional costs arising from customs procedures or nonpayment.

13.2 Delivery information and User-caused failures

Users must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and fulfillment information. ScoreHub is not responsible for a failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, unpaid charges, or another act or omission by the User. ScoreHub has no obligation to resend or replace the reward or return tokens in these circumstances. A further delivery attempt may require payment of additional costs.

13.3 Lost, damaged, or delayed physical rewards

ScoreHub may use reasonable efforts to assist when a physical reward is lost, damaged, or delayed, including by contacting the carrier, supplier, reward partner, or fulfillment provider. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub does not guarantee replacement, reimbursement, reshipment, or another remedy for circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any assistance or remedy is discretionary and depends on the circumstances, available insurance, third-party policies, and applicable law.

13.4 Digital rewards

Users are responsible for safeguarding digital codes, links, credentials, and digital items after they are delivered by email, displayed in the account, or otherwise made available. ScoreHub does not guarantee replacement where a valid digital reward is lost, deleted, shared, disclosed, stolen, redeemed by another person, or otherwise compromised after delivery.

If a digital reward was not delivered or was invalid when issued, ScoreHub may investigate with the supplier or fulfillment provider. If ScoreHub verifies the issue, it may, in its discretion, provide a replacement, offer an alternative, return tokens, or take another action it considers appropriate.

14. Reviews, Investigations, Enforcement, and Forfeiture

14.1 Point review requests

A User may request a review of points from the immediately preceding ScoreHub week if the User believes a prediction, match result, statistic, settlement, or point calculation was processed incorrectly. The request must be sent to support@scorehubapp.com and should identify the fixture, prediction, and alleged error.

The request must be submitted by Thursday at 23:59:59 UTC of the following ScoreHub week. ScoreHub may decline late requests but may investigate and correct an issue on its own initiative at any time.

ScoreHub may use MatchHub data, official match information, third-party records, system records, and any other information it considers relevant. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub has sole authority to decide whether an error occurred, what evidence or data will be used, whether a correction is required, how it is applied, and whether points, accuracy, rankings, badges, Pending tokens, credited tokens, redemptions, or rewards are adjusted, withheld, reversed, removed, or cancelled. Verified corrections may affect all Users. ScoreHub’s decision is final and binding except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14.2 Temporary holds and investigations

ScoreHub may suspend, delay, or place on hold a match settlement, league, leaderboard, token award, redemption, account, or related feature while investigating suspected fraud, manipulation, abuse, incorrect data, technical problems, or another integrity concern. After review, ScoreHub may release the hold, correct results, cancel affected activity, or take another action permitted by these Rules.

14.3 Grounds for enforcement

ScoreHub may take action based on actual or reasonably suspected violations, including duplicate accounts, account sharing, bots or automation, fraud, false eligibility information, manipulation, coordinated abuse, systematic copycat behavior, technical exploitation, unauthorized token trading, charge avoidance, sanctions issues, harassment, or interference with ScoreHub or its Users.

14.4 Available actions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and depending on the circumstances, ScoreHub may, in its sole discretion, issue a warning; restrict features; remove predictions; recalculate, reduce, reset, or cancel points; remove leaderboard positions; cancel badges; withhold, remove, revoke, or cancel tokens; cancel pending redemptions; withhold unfulfilled rewards; suspend or permanently terminate accounts; disqualify a person from current or future participation; and block the creation of new accounts.

If ScoreHub determines or reasonably suspects that a person created, controlled, accessed, or benefited from more than one account, ScoreHub may permanently terminate all related accounts and disqualify that person.

14.5 Account closure and forfeiture

If a User deletes an account, all unused tokens, pending token awards, pending redemptions, and unfulfilled rewards associated with the account are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered. If ScoreHub terminates an account for a violation, ScoreHub may cancel associated points, rankings, tokens, pending redemptions, and unfulfilled rewards.

15. Changes, Suspension, and Program Termination

15.1 Changes to these Rules and the game

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may amend these Rules and may introduce, modify, suspend, replace, reset, restrict, or remove any aspect of ScoreHub at any time, including scoring rules, base-point values, penalties, stack bonuses, markets, lock times, fixtures, leagues, leaderboards, qualification thresholds, tie-breakers, badges, token schedules, token amounts, token balances, rewards, token prices, redemption conditions, eligible countries, eligibility and verification requirements, season dates, expiration dates, Group Wars, or any other feature or benefit.

Changes become effective when posted, displayed in the Platform, communicated to Users, or on another date stated by ScoreHub. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may apply changes to an active week, active competition, submitted prediction, Pending or credited award, token balance, Pending redemption, ongoing promotion, existing feature, or completed result. ScoreHub may provide notice through the Platform, website, email, push notification, or another reasonable method but is not required to provide individual advance notice for every change.

Continued participation or use after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules where permitted by applicable law.

15.2 Program suspension or termination

ScoreHub tokens and rewards are discretionary promotional features. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreHub may modify, suspend, replace, restrict, or permanently discontinue the token system, token balances, token awards, reward catalogue, redemption program, reward fulfillment, or any related program or feature at any time.

ScoreHub may cancel, expire, reduce, or remove outstanding token balances, Pending token awards, Pending redemptions, or unfulfilled rewards without cash payment, compensation, replacement, or an alternative reward. ScoreHub may, but is not required to, provide advance notice, a final redemption period, returned or replacement tokens, a substitute reward, or another accommodation. No User has a guaranteed or vested right to continued operation of the token system or rewards program, retention or redemption of tokens, or receipt of a Pending or unfulfilled reward.

15.3 Force majeure

ScoreHub is not responsible for delay, suspension, modification, cancellation, reversal, or failure caused by events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including data-provider failure, internet or cloud outages, cyberattacks, security incidents, labor disputes, supplier failure, carrier disruption, natural disaster, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, changes in law, interruption of football competitions, or financial, technical, commercial, or operational circumstances affecting the program.

16. General Rules and Contact

16.1 Terms of Use

These Rules form part of and are incorporated into the ScoreHub Terms of Use. Matters not specifically addressed in these Rules, including general Platform access, intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, arbitration, jury-trial waiver, class-action waiver, assignment, and general contract interpretation, are governed by the Terms of Use.

16.2 No waiver

A failure or delay by ScoreHub to exercise a right or enforce a Rule does not waive that right, prevent later enforcement, create a continuing obligation, or establish a precedent for another User, competition, token award, or redemption. A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized ScoreHub representative.

16.3 Translations

ScoreHub may provide translated versions of these Rules. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

16.4 General reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted to Users are reserved by ScoreHub. No statement, display, practice, failure to enforce, or prior decision limits ScoreHub’s authority under these Rules or creates an obligation to treat another User, competition, award, redemption, or circumstance in the same manner, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
