ScoreHub Terms and Conditions of Use

The Platform is currently in a beta testing stage. Certain features, including but not limited to monetization and payout functionality, are not active during this stage.

Any references within the Platform, these Terms, or related materials to monetization, earnings, revenue share, or payouts are intended for the post-beta launch of such features.

By using the Platform during the beta stage, You acknowledge and agree that:

● You will not be entitled to receive any monetary payments, revenue share, or other financial benefits until monetization features are formally launched and made available to You by ScoreHub; and

● ScoreHub makes no guarantee as to when, or if, monetization features will be launched.

1.1. The Platform is available for global use. However, Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in any monetization features or receive payouts. By accessing or using the Platform, You represent and warrant that You are of legal age in Your jurisdiction or have obtained appropriate parental consent.

1.2. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted.

2.1. Users may create an account to access additional features of the Platform, including content creation, prediction submissions, and (post-beta) monetization.

2.2. You may delete Your account at any time via the Platform settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data shall be purged from ScoreHub servers within thirty (30) calendar days. Residual copies may remain in backup systems for a limited period for legal compliance and security purposes. Shorter deletion timelines may apply in jurisdictions where required by law.

3.1. You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise disseminate any content through the Platform that includes, but is not limited to:

4.1. All predictions and related content submitted to the Platform become the sole and exclusive property of ScoreHub, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

4.2. You hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey all rights, title, and interest in and to such content to ScoreHub, including any and all intellectual property rights therein.

4.3. You represent and warrant that all content submitted is original or that You have the necessary rights and licenses to transfer ownership thereof.

5.0. Beta Limitation on Monetization – During the beta stage of the Platform, monetization and payout features are not available. Any content, descriptions, or references to monetization, revenue share, or payments are for informational purposes only and apply exclusively after such features have been launched. Users participating in the beta stage accept and agree that they will not earn or receive any monetary compensation during this period.

5.1. Post-beta, ScoreHub may offer monetization opportunities to eligible Users, subject to its discretion. The default revenue-sharing model entitles predictors to fifty percent (50%) of net revenue generated from their eligible content. "Net revenue" means gross revenue generated directly from the User's eligible content, less payment processor fees, platform infrastructure costs, and applicable transaction fees.

5.2. Payouts will occur monthly, subject to a minimum balance of USD $500.00. Users must complete identity verification (including W-9 or W-8BEN forms where applicable) before receiving any payment. Payments will be made in U.S. dollars. ScoreHub is not responsible for currency conversion fees or delays caused by third-party processors.

5.3. ScoreHub reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any monetization program, revenue share percentage, or eligibility criteria at any time. Material changes will be communicated to eligible Users at least fourteen (14) days in advance.

5.4. Non-monetary rewards, including badges or rankings, are symbolic in nature and confer no financial value or claim.

5.5. All decisions concerning payments, eligibility, and rewards are final and at the sole discretion of ScoreHub. If termination is due to a Terms violation, all unpaid earnings may be forfeited.

6.1. ScoreHub is not a betting or gambling platform. Predictions are submitted by Users for informational and entertainment purposes only.

6.2. ScoreHub makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of any prediction or content available on the Platform.

6.3. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights You may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6.4. ScoreHub disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the use of the Platform.

6.5. In no event shall ScoreHub be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through individual binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings held in Fulton County, Georgia, United States.

7.3. Users expressly waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or jury trials in connection with any dispute.

8.1. ScoreHub reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9.1. These Terms, together with any other legal notices and policies published by ScoreHub, constitute the entire agreement between You and ScoreHub.

9.1.1. Users may submit a data access request by contacting legal@scorehubapp.com. ScoreHub will comply within the timeframe required by applicable law, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and PIPEDA.

9.2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

9.3. ScoreHub may refuse access to the Platform to any User, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.

9.4. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between the User and ScoreHub.

9.5. ScoreHub complies with the DMCA and similar laws. Copyright holders may submit takedown notices to legal@scorehubapp.com with all required information.

9.6. These Terms are written in English; in the event of a translation, the English version prevails.

9.7. ScoreHub shall not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, governmental action, or internet outages.

9.8. ScoreHub may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

9.9. The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies; by using the Platform, You consent to such practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.10. ScoreHub reserves the right to monitor and audit user activity to ensure compliance with these Terms and to prevent abuse.

9.11. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScoreHub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from Your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9.12. The Platform is not intended for children under 13. If ScoreHub becomes aware that a user under 13 has created an account, such account will be terminated and personal data deleted.

9.13. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. ScoreHub is not responsible for their content, functionality, or security.
