Climbing the table

How ScoreHub leaderboards work

ScoreHub ranks predictors on two separate boards — total points and accuracy — across weekly, monthly, and seasonal cycles, so there is always a fresh table to climb.

Two boards, two questions

ScoreHub keeps two leaderboards because 'who is the best predictor' has two fair answers. The Points leaderboard rewards output; the Accuracy leaderboard rewards precision. You can lead one without leading the other.

  • Points leaderboard: ranks members by the total points they have earned. It rewards volume and consistency — the more accurate predictions you make, the more points you bank.
  • Accuracy leaderboard: ranks the share of individual selections you get right, counting every leg inside a stack on its own, with no weighting.

How accuracy is counted

Accuracy looks at individual selections, not whole stacks. A three-leg stack with two correct legs contributes two correct selections out of three to your public accuracy — so stacks help and hurt your accuracy one leg at a time.

That design keeps the Accuracy board honest. A player who makes a handful of safe calls is measured on the same per-selection basis as someone predicting dozens of markets a week.

Weekly, monthly, and seasonal cycles

Every board runs on three clocks at once, so newcomers always have a live race to join:

  • Weekly: runs Friday 00:00 UTC to Thursday 23:59:59 UTC.
  • Monthly: follows the calendar month.
  • Seasonal: a ScoreHub season runs from August 1 to the following August 1.

A strong week can put a brand-new member near the top of the weekly board even against long-time players — the weekly and monthly resets keep the competition open.

Eligibility and ties

To keep the Accuracy board meaningful, there are minimum activity thresholds before you qualify — typically around 3 selections for a week, 10 for a month, and 30 for a season, though thresholds can change. This stops a single lucky call from topping the table.

When two members are level, ties favour the one who joined ScoreHub earlier. It is a small nod to the players who have been building their record the longest.

Filtering the boards

You can view leaderboards globally or narrow them by league and time period to see where you stand in the competitions you care about. It is the quickest way to find rivals at your level and set a target to chase.

Ranking is public, so climbing the board is both a personal goal and a way to earn recognition in the ScoreHub community.

ScoreHub leaderboards: FAQ

What is the difference between the Points and Accuracy boards?

The Points board ranks total points earned, rewarding volume and consistency. The Accuracy board ranks the percentage of individual selections you get right, rewarding precision. You can lead one board without leading the other.

How often do leaderboards reset?

Continuously. Weekly boards run Friday to Thursday (UTC), monthly boards follow the calendar month, and seasonal boards run August 1 to August 1. There is always a fresh cycle in progress.

Why am I not on the accuracy leaderboard yet?

Accuracy ranking requires a minimum number of selections in the period — roughly 3 weekly, 10 monthly, and 30 seasonal. Once you pass the threshold for a cycle, you appear on that board.
